How do I get started?

As required by and in compliance with SEC, we can provide details and answer more specific questions when you complete and return the Investor Accredited form to get started.





What is the minimum investment?

The minimum investment is $50,000.





How do I take title to my interest?

You may take title to your interest under your name, joint tenants, trust, company, retirement account, or any other legal preferred form, etc.  





Besides cash, can I invest with my IRA or 401K?

Yes, you can use your IRA or 401K to invest by setting up Self-Directed IRA/401K Account.





Do I have to pay any penalty if I use my IRA or 401K?

No, as this is not considered a withdrawal from your IRA or 401K account while operating under the same token where inflow returns get deposited back to those respective accounts.





How long is the investment for and when do I see any return

Our typical hold period for our investment is 5-7 years.  However, it can vary per property.  There are two forms of returns.  We have quarterly distribution and the final exit strategy distribution. Though not common, we have experienced some exceptional properties providing special returns in addition to those two where certain percentage of your capital is returned to you thereby reducing your original invested amount while you continue to enjoy the same ownership interest.





Can I take money out during the holding period before sales exit?

No, the commitment of this investment is for the entire holding period of the property.





What is my risk exposure?

Your risk exposure is limited to your investment amount.





What is the experience of the Managers?

The Managers have combined experience of 30+ years and currently manage a portfolio of 1600+ multi-family units nationally.





What is the track record of the Managers?

We consistently meet or exceed the projected return on all of our investments.





How do the Managers demonstrate their commitment?

The Managers invest at least 10% of the total equity along with the investors
